Requirements:

• 9+ years of experience as a product development engineer.
• Strong experience in system design, data-structure and algorithm development with emphasis on composable architectures.
• Experience in data modeling, db/schema modeling.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (preferably Typescript) and Node JS.
• Strong experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB/Elasticsearch/Redis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills - know how to break a complex problem into simpler parts and be able to explain how you do it.
• Experience working in a small, independent team to design, de-risk, and implement new features and refactor existing ones.
• Experience in developing scalable application.
• Understand how to avoid memory leaks and out-of-memory conditions.
• Significant experience with AWS or other cloud providers.

Bonus points: other server-side languages (Go, Python, Java, etc.), GraphQL, React, Kafka, websockets/pubsub, Kubernetes and Docker.
