Establish metrics, set targets, collect data and measure results. Establish internal process health metrics to monitor program effectiveness and efficiency. Develop the project charter with problem statement, scope, objectives, and success criteria. Develop the work breakdown structure to include achievements, deliverables, schedule, critical path, communication, and recovery plans. Monitor project execution, handle changes, and mitigate risks. Help prepare closing report to key partners. Support/Manage People Projects/Programs. Build framework for the governance of worker attribute particularly relevant to job role information in job profile and study opportunities for continuous improvement. Facilitate Transition to Sustaining Mode When Applicable. Champion change initiatives, organizational values and culture. Enhance organizational leadership and effectiveness.May telecommute part time.Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resource, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Sr. Workforce Development Specialist-related occupation.The US base salary range that Micron Technology Inc. estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: $107093.00 to 147,000 per yearAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
