Job DescriptionAbout Altera:Altera empowers customers to unlock the full potential of data through cutting-edge programmable platforms. In Q4 2023, Intel announced Altera will be reported as a separate business unit beginning on January 1, 2024 with ongoing support from Intel. This will give Altera the autonomy and flexibility it needs to fully accelerate its growth and more effectively compete in the FPGA industry, which serves a broad array of markets, including the data center, communications, industrial, automotive, aerospace and defense sectors.This position is associated to that standalone business strategy and is expected to fully transition to a standalone company at some time in the future.About the Role:We are looking for a strategic project manager who can plan, monitor, and drive cross-functional programs/projects that are aligned with our organization's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects or programs with considerable business impact across multiple organizations, collaborating with various stakeholders including vendors and customers, assessing risks and dependencies, and communicating effectively with senior leadership. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of events, budget, and customer briefs and will contribute to our great place to work culture.Responsibilities:

Manage cross-functional projects or programs across multiple organizations.

Prepare business briefs, presentations and other materials for various internal and customer facing meetings.

Coordinate, manage and creativity in crafting internal and external events for executive staff including travel logistics.

Manage budget, POs and expenses for executive staff.

Partner with teams across the business to source, allocate, and coordinate resources.

Monitor project and/or program's progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to leadership team and other stakeholders.

Set and track project and/or program milestones, account for unforeseen delays, then realign schedules and expectations as needed.

Advance level in Microsoft Suit, Cloud Services

Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization.

QualificationsQualificationsThis position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.Minimum Education RequirementsHigh School/Equivalent: 10+ years’ experience or bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field.Minimum Qualifications3+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a cross-functional and/or cross-organizational setting.Preferred:

4+ years of experience in technical work environment

4+ years of experience organizing major business events
