What you can expectWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Tableau Developer to join our People Analytics IT team.About the TeamSituated within the IT department and dedicated to supporting the People Experience (PX) team, our People Analytics team specializes in Tableau development, data engineering, and deep analysis for people data. We leverage these capabilities to transform disparate people data into actionable insights, enabling the PX team to make informed and strategic decisions.Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Analytics)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in People Analytics
Strong SQL and data modeling skills
Proven expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
Proficient in R or Python
Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to business leaders
What we’re looking for
