Perform analysis in tax estimate and compliance under US GAAP and work with EY internal tax compliance teams to build more efficient solutions for their tax filing process utilizing multiple technology applications including VBA, SQL, power query and RPA. Consolidate tax data to make analysis and planning more efficient. Consult financial services organizations in transforming their tax functions and implementing effective solutions to achieve more efficient and sustainable operating models.Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks.
