Description We are on the lookout fora VOIP Engineer to join our team in San Jose, California. Responsibilities: Responsibilities:
Provide senior-level support for Cisco CUCM and UCCX, ensuring system performance, reliability, and health.
Experience transitioning from Cisco, managing any associated challenges or difficulties.
Maintain familiarity with voice protocols and analog systems, such as Cisco VG or other vendor's systems like Grandstream.
Optimize the performance and stability of all voice systems, including systems that run on Cisco CUCM Version 12.
Possess the ability to work with cloud voice solutions, such as Zoom. Though it is not a requirement, any experience with Zoom would be beneficial.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Senior-level experience working with Cisco CUCM and UCCX voice systems.
Experience with analog gateway.
Familiar with multiple voice protocols.
Experience with cloud voice solution services, particularly Zoom, will be considered an advantage.
Proven ability to ensure the stability and health of system infrastructure.
