We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Associate Program Manager to support the Demand Generation organization at Freshworks. This role combines program and project management responsibilities with operational support to ensure the Demand Generation function runs smoothly. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities and is motivated by enabling a high-impact marketing team to achieve its goals.You will be a trusted partner to the VP and leadership team—coordinating projects, tracking deliverables and ensuring effective communication and alignment across stakeholders.
Please note: This is a hybrid role that will be based in San Mateo, CA and requires an in-office presence three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday). Program & Project CoordinationManage timelines, deliverables, and workstreams for key Demand Generation initiatives.Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate inputs for campaigns, events, and operational projects.Create and maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports to provide visibility on progress, risks, and dependencies.Track and drive follow-through on action items from leadership meetings.Identify process gaps and recommend ways to improve efficiency and coordination.Leadership & Operational SupportOptimize scheduling and time allocation for the VP of Demand Generation to balance strategic priorities.Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and presentations for leadership and cross-functional meetings.Serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely information flow.Travel, Events & LogisticsCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.Support planning and execution of team meetings, workshops, and offsites.Manage expense reports, budget tracking, and operational documentation.
