REQUIREMENTS for Licensed Clinical Supervisor:Supervision & Support:Provide clinical supervision to staff and interns in youth and adult outpatient and residential behavioral health programs.Facilitate individual and group clinical supervision sessions.Compliance & Standards:Ensure adherence to professional standards, licensing/certification requirements, and clinical grant obligations.Maintain culturally proficient, client-centered services across San Mateo County programsTraining & Development:Conduct regular on-site didactic trainings for employees and interns.Research and recommend evidence-based practices (EBPs) and best practices.Crisis & Emergency Response:Be available after-hours to handle clinical emergencies, crises, or incidents requiring immediate attention.Audits & Quality Assurance:Act as the point of contact for clinical audits and address any related concerns.Management & Leadership:Participate in agency performance appraisals and clinical performance reviews per Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) standards.Collaborate with Program Directors and Leadership Team in hiring and supervising new employees and interns.Represent the San Mateo County Leadership Team to support organizational goals and initiatives.
