Description Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Requirements
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with customer service software and systems.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
