DescriptionAs a Director, responsibilities may include the following:

Manages all projects that are assigned by the Vice President/Sr Director to ensure they meet all required project measurements and indicators for performance which have been set by either the client or internally. These performance indicators include, but are not limited to, schedule performance, project budget performance, project profitability, AR performance/tracking, client relationship and satisfaction, and project quality control.

Develop and submit weekly operations report as requested by VP/Sr Director

Maintains, implements, and monitors a system of quality control checks on all assigned projects.

Maintains a system to accurately forecast fee revenue on an ongoing monthly basis

Assists in developing strategic plans for the Business Unit and assists with developing and implementing programs to achieve strategic growth plans for the organization

Participates in sales calls, In person client presentations. Prepares/assists in preparing proposals.

Develops and maintains quality relationships with clients

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and/or PMP certificate along with 8-10 years of work experience in the electrical industry.

At least 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager or similar role, including 3-5 years in the Electric Distribution and Renewable Energy utility sector, with a focus on capital project programs

Preferred experience of 1-3 years at Director level role.

Functional understanding of the Engineering, Procurement & Construction process in addition to the project development / consulting space.

High level understanding of budget development, forecasting and execution/implementation of best practices.

Must reside within Pacific North District. Preferably California within an hour of a major airport.

This position pays between $140,000 and $165,000 annually and is an exempt position.

Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.

Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.

May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
