DescriptionThe Creative Group has an immediate need for two talented Graphic Designers for one of our Professional Services clients in San Ramon. These are ongoing opportunities for the right candidates. Our client is looking for designers with strong conceptual abilities, a great attitude and the ability to manage their own multiple projects at once. Day-to-day duties could include: (Concept and Design: 40%) concept and design of a wide range of marketing and thought leadership materials for both print and digital that integrate typographic, photographic, illustrative and other elements; creates, develops or acquires the images used in a variety of creative projects, including advertisements, brochures, catalogs, direct mail, corporate identity, presentations, websites, promotional displays and signage; (Production and Design: 30%) Produces finished typographic, photographic and illustrative files for both print and web; reviews and approves final bluelines or proofs to ensure complete accuracy before files go to print; create marketing template documents for various lines of business; adheres to quality standards in all executions; (Organizing/Archiving: 15%) Releasing or uploading final files to clients or vendors; organizes, archives and keeps assets up-to date; responsible for archiving all final files to asset management system; (Liaison Customer Service: 15%) Communicating and assisting in the resolution of issues which arise in the course of a project, and also offering improved technical or procedural processes within the Creative Team or Marketing.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have 5+ years relevant design experience. You should be comfortable with both design and production and digital and traditional deliverables. Soft skills are very important to our client so it’s crucial that this person gets along well with others, collaborates on projects yet can work independently; manages work load appropriately; is calm under pressure and has an all-around good attitude.
