Experience:
Manufacturing line support in Med Device or Pharma industry
Strong root cause analysis / troubleshooting related to product and manufacturing lines
Change requests and change orders
Writing protocols, reports, and executing FAT, IQ, OQ, PQ with molds and manufacturing lines
Ability to create line layouts and process flow diagrams
Working in cleanrooms
Entry level skill or higher with SolidWorks - ability to manipulate solids, dimension parts, and create ANSI GD&T compliant 2D drawings
Managing engineering, mold, and/or tooling projects
Effective ability to work remotely with individuals and teams both internally and at suppliers
Other:
Availability to travel domestically and international (after travel restrictions eliminated): Up to 25% based on project stage. This usually means 1-5 days per month but could be 1-2 weeks at one time based on project stage.
Familiarity with Agile or electronic documentation systems a plus
Understanding of statistics and statistical process control a plus
Education:
BS in Mech, Chem, Biomedical, Industrial, or Packaging Engineering preferred.
