PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: The Human Resources Coordinator will complete administrative duties for the human resources department. They assist HR with recruitment, maintain employee records, assist with payroll processing and provide administrative support to all employees.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requestsMaintain both hard and digital copies of employees’ recordsAssist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, maintain the ATS, performing reference checks and VOE’s and issuing employment contractsPerform orientations and update records of new staffProduce and submit reports on general HR activityAssist with payroll and adhoc HR projectsAssist The Office Administrator as needed by manning the front desk, making supply orders, receiving and shipping mail/packages, and maintaining dining hall and conference roomsDESIRED PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:Detail oriented and committed to the highest qualitySelf-Starter with positive Can-Do attitudeWorks well under pressure and relishes the responsibility that comes with the jobProblem solving and analysisCommunication proficiencyAn open-minded individual that embraces change and innovation
