Lead Identity and Access Management Developer (open to remote)
Summary

In this position, you will assist in the creation, implementation, and/or management of applications as well as tasked with the strategic design and implementation of Identity Solutions. Prospective candidates should have in depth understanding of Identity & Access management, roles & entitlements management, design & implementation of large scale IAM solutions as well as cloud services. The Enterprise IAM Lead Developer will help drive the design, development and delivery of an IAM architecture team and related solutions to enhance First American's capabilities. This role must have both strong technical and communication skills to fully contribute to the introduction of this new technology. The position will need to influence and communicate with customers from all sections of the enterprise - including end user, technical resources, IT leadership and other business leaders, as well as drive technical excellence through implementation. The development of strong governance and operating procedures, and the communication of these policies, is also required.
This position will deliver services that will form the backbone for user identity management throughout the enterprise, interacting with many critical business applications, both immediately and into the future. Participate in the design, development, coding, testing, debugging, and maintenance of software code for business applications. Responsible for middle-tier implementation and integration with backend databases. Work with technical staff to understand problems with software and develops specifications to resolve them.
