Manage daily Control Tower operations across drayage, rail, transloading centers, warehouse operations, and OTR transportation.Monitor shipment movement and transportation performance to ensure timely execution while proactively resolving operational issues.Develop and maintain weekly and monthly operational reports, KPI dashboards, and executive presentations for management, customers, and headquarters.Analyze transportation data to identify trends, operational risks, service failures, and cost-saving opportunities.Manage relationships with ocean carriers, trucking companies, rail providers, warehouses, terminals, and other logistics partners to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.Review carrier performance and conduct regular business reviews to drive continuous service improvements.Lead transportation optimization initiatives, process improvements, automation projects, and operational standardization.Support transportation contract reviews, service agreements, and implementation of new logistics programs.Coordinate with internal departments and overseas offices to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth shipment execution.Lead and develop team members while promoting accountability, collaboration, and customer-focused service.Support day-to-day operations as needed and lead by example with a hands-on approach.Perform other job-related duties and special projects as assigned.
