Boldis looking to hire a Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will help in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. They will feel comfortable running multiple marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset to think about new initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain websites, newsletters, emails, social media campaigns
Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives
Develop in-depth knowledge of Bold's product offerings, pricing, and internal sales and marketing procedures.
Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of the Bold's brand
Help to define & refine our market segmentation and own the research process around identifying target accounts.
Identity and take action on opportunities to improve the sales and marketing organization's tools and processes.
Contribute to strategic decisions as they relate to sales and marketing, messaging, and positioning.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-2 years of experience in marketing/brand management
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
A high level of empathy and passion for helping others, including colleagues, customers, and existing and prospective clients
A highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
Comfortable embracing aggressive goals and continuously improving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
