Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Santa Ana, California. The main function of this role is to provide excellent customer service in a call center environment, answering inbound calls and assisting with new business inquiries. Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Proactively communicate with both internal and external customers to ensure excellent service delivery Utilize call center metrics to improve customer service and efficiency Process and manage customer applications and maintain accurate records Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Use your skills in call center customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service delivery and efficiency Analyze and resolve customer inquiries, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role Proficient in the use of Call Center software Experience in Inbound Call Center operations Familiarity with Call Center Metrics and their interpretation Proven customer service skills in a Call Center environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work High level of organization and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite High School Diploma or equivalent is required Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
