Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
Manage the reception area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Provide Customer Service Support to the team and clients
Schedule insurance agent appointments
Respond to inquiries from our clients who hold insurance policies with us
Provide VIP Concierge Service to our clients
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or Customer Service representative in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
High degree of professionalism and customer service orientation.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Must be adaptable and able to learn new tasks quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in handling high call volumes and managing reception areas in busy settings.
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
