Santa Barbara Surf School is hiring surf instructors. We need someone responsible, organized, energetic and that has a love of surfing. Must be very energetic and attentive when giving lessons. Must have a clean driving record and a minimum of 5 years of surfing experience. This can be part time or full time depending on interview. Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week. Pay: $19+ DOE/hr plus tips. Payscale can move up with time.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- 5 years surfing experience - meaning you've surfed for at least 5 years, not necessarily teaching.
- Clean driving record: parking tickets are ok.
- Upbeat and happy personality
- Great people skills (WE ARE VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED)
- Organized and always on time
- Flexible
- Must be physically active
