Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager in Santa Barbara, California. The successful candidate will be joining our team, working in the private aviation industry. This role involves working closely with High Net Worth Individuals to drive retail sales and coordinate charter services.Responsibilities: Drive retail sales by leveraging your network of High Net Worth Individuals Utilize your strong understanding of business relationships to develop and maintain relationships with clients Collaborate with leadership for initial introductions to clients for any management prospects Develop, implement, and refine effective charter marketing strategies by monitoring industry trends Partner with executives to formulate, coordinate, and promote charter services Promote and sell charter block-time products Leverage your hands-on Part 135 sales and sales operations experience to grow a successful book of business Utilize CRM and other accounting software systems to maintain accurate customer records and process customer credit applications Utilize your skills in campaign planning and budget processes to optimize sales operations Work with high-end automotive dealers, wealth management, real estate, and others looking to utilize private aviation. Requirements Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in an Account Manager role or similar Proficient in 3M and ADP - Financial Services Experience with Accounting Software Systems and Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATS) Familiarity with CRM and About Time software Strong understanding of Accounting Functions and Billing Functions Experience with Budget Processes and Campaign Planning Knowledge in Private Aviation and general Aviation sector Ability to manage multiple accounts and relationships effectively Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to travel as needed for client meetings Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a proactive approach to work.
