Business Development Manager - Workvivo

This position is responsible for defining, leading and iterating the Workvivo GTM strategy with the relevant Zoom teams. This position will require close collaboration with regional Sales Leadership and sellers to ensure Zoom customers experience the value of Workvivo and choose Workvivo as their Employee Experience Platform. In this role, you will:

Establish, develop and manage strategic partnerships with Zoom Sales Leadership to maximize Workvivo pipeline and sales within customer base

Manage and support daily sales activities between Workvivo Specialist team and Zoom sellers to achieve revenue objectives

Coordinate cross functionally to conduct territory account mapping & co-develop joint business plans / territory plans

Define & lead growth programs to drive Zoom <> Workvivo collaboration and influence revenue distribution

Ensure Zoom sellers have the right knowledge, tools and collateral to effectively position Workvivo in every customer touchpoint

Launch initiatives / programs to accelerate sales velocity and win rates

Act as a Workvivo advocate in regular customer Executive Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews and other strategic sessions, and champion Workvivo at Zoom led conferences and events

Collaborate with Workvivo Marketing & BDR teams to execute demand gen efforts to existing Zoom base

Perform regular business reviews to report on progress, areas of improvement and regional successes

We’re looking for someone who:

Has 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years of experience in a management consulting firm or a fast paced SaaS environment, in one of the following areas:

Channel account management (GSI experience a plus)

Mid market or enterprise level direct account executive sales

Sales development leadership

Program management

Consistently exceeds / meets targets

Has experience building & maintaining strong C-level executive relationships

Is a natural innovator

Excels at communicating and influencing, and can effectively collaborate cross functionally

Has experience articulating the value and executing detailed product presentations of software capabilities

Is adept at identifying and utilizing internal resources (Sales, Sales Development, Solutions, etc.) to build Workvivo brand awareness, assist in sales cycles, and help to close deals

Is a natural multitasker and thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Additional languages are desirable
