We currently have an opening for a talented person to our customer experience team. In this role, you will communicate with customers through multiple channels including email, phone, and our online forum; and will serve as the point person for our customers and service network. You will also work with internal groups to define products that will allow us to develop a first class customer experience. You’re a great match if you possess exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills, are driven to help customers, and love to dive deep into a new product to learn it inside and out.Main Responsibilities:Timely respond to customer inquiries electronically or by phone
Monitor and track customer appointments to completion
Proactively reach out to customers to bolster high levels of satisfaction and engagement
Communicate and coordinate with service providers
Help develop the best customer service products and experience
RequirementsRequirements for the role:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including an engaging phone presence
Bilingual in Spanish is required
Experience in medical or the medical device industry is highly preferred!
Ability to thrive in a startup environment - you can move quickly, think strategically and tactically execute
Excellent sales, presentation and organizational skills
