You'll wear many hats, providing exceptional administrative and organizational skills.Here's what you'll do:

Organizational Superstar:

Develop and maintain efficient filing systems to keep information readily accessible.

Update and manage office policies and procedures, ensuring clarity and consistency.

Order essential office supplies, researching cost-effective options.

Support Champion:

Assist school staff with various administrative tasks, streamlining processes and boosting efficiency.

Contribute to the preparation of reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Manage contact lists for easy communication and reference.

Welcome Ambassador:

Provide friendly and professional support to visitors, answering questions and directing them effectively.

Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.

Collaborate with executive and senior administrative assistants to facilitate requests from senior staff.

To be successful in this role, you'll possess:

Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) a plus.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

A positive and professional attitude with a commitment to excellent service.

Requirements Proficient in managing computer files and department files

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles Proficient in MS Office or similar office software High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus Ability to prioritize tasks and work under minimal supervision Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Demonstrable experience in an office assistant role or similar is advantageous.
