Zaca Coffee is a new(ish) coffee roasting company based in Buellton, CA roasting specialty coffee distributed to wholesale and retail accounts throughout the Central Coast. Additionally, Zaca Coffee has a newly remodeled mobile coffee trailer that serves a full menu of coffee beverages - espresso and drip coffee. The trailer is currently open to customers Monday - Friday 7 am - 1 pm.
Zaca Coffee seeks an experienced Barista interested in joining the Zaca Coffee team. This person will be self-motivated, willing to jump in, detail oriented, customer-focused and a team player. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a customer facing setting who is ready with out of the box ideas and a passion for sharing coffee!
Must be available 6:30 am - 1 pm at least three days/week and/or weekends for special events.
Must have barista experience and be willing to learn Zaca’s coffee prep techniques.
Must be comfortable handling money and POS system following company SOPs and standards of service.
Must be comfortable lifting at least 25 lbs, climbing up and down steps to trailer, and willing to learn new skills within the coffee service setting.
Must be willing to assist in managing machines and supporting trailer team with set-up, break down.
Requires patience and problem-solving attitude.
Requires following health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation.

Compensation DOE, plus additional cash and card (paycheck) tips.

Location - the trailer will be located in Buellton CA and will travel to events in the Tri-County region.
