What You’ll Do:
Work alongside our chef team to execute dishes with consistency, precision, and creativity
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station throughout service
Assist with prep, setup, and closing duties
Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet our standards
Contribute to a positive, team-focused kitchen culture
What We’re Looking For:
Previous line cook experience in a busy kitchen (French or fine dining experience a plus)
Strong knife skills and knowledge of classic cooking techniques
Dependable, punctual, and able to work evenings and weekends
Passionate about great food and teamwork
