Commercial Kitchen Assistant (Santa Barbara)
Great opportunity for someone interested in food production and manufacturing in a friendly, foodie environment in Goleta, CA. We are a fast-growing, locally-owned company that makes artisan/hand-crafted food. We are seeking a hard-working professional who is conscientious, able to take direction and capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds. Many of our team members speak Spanish so general understanding of Spanish is a big plus!
Requirements:
Ability to lift boxes, bags and coolers weighing up to 60 lbs
Excellent communication via phone and in person, bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not necessary
Facility Cleaning, keeping all food ingredients in order
Work well with food production team of 3-6 members
Day shift is 4 10-hour days: Monday-Thursday
