Third Window Brewing in Santa Barbara is looking for motivated, dependable line cooks to join our growing kitchen team. We’re a craft brewery known for our house-smoked meats, wagyu smashed burgers, and wood fired sourdough pizza.

Pay is $24–$30/hr DOE with tips.
We’re looking for people with kitchen experience, strong work ethic, and a good attitude. Santa Maria or offset smoker experience is a bonus, but not required. You’ll need a valid Food Handler’s Card or be willing to get one before starting. Full-time Employees are eligible participate in the company health plan after the 60-day introductory period. Benefits include, medical, dental, vision, and 401k, all with an owner contribution. PTO is also accrued on a per pay basis. Daily tip pool.

This is an hourly position that includes tips. $18-$28 per hour plus tips
