We are searching for Golf Course Outside Services positions.
Overview:
Montecito Club is a private golf and social Club with panoramic ocean views, historic setting, world-class golf featuring the newest 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, excellent dining experiences, luxurious facilities and the unparalleled service. Come join the team today!
Responsibilities:
- Assist golfers as needed with equipment
- Comprehend Tee time and Pace of Play
- Park, clean and stage golf carts according to a set rotation schedule
- Close the golf course and secure golf cart storage and bag storage
- Organize and understand bag storage and rental club system
- Ensure players are attended in a prompt, efficient and personalized manner expected of a luxury private club
- Communicates player concerns and comments immediately to the Director of Golf/Club
Required Skills:
- Ability to lift, push and pull heavy equipment up to 80lbs
- Be flexible and able to work shifts as needed
- Basic knowledge of the rules of golf and proper golf etiquette
- Must have valid driver’s license
- High-School Diploma
- Previous experience working at a luxury private club/golf course preferred
