We are currently seeking multiple dedicated and forward-thinking chefs who are passionate about refining our unique culinary experience, celebrating California's flourishing local produce and enriching it with the rustic simplicity signature to ranch-style cooking.

As an integral part of our team, you'll drive our culinary operations, creating robust menus for daily breakfast and dinner servings that captivate the senses. Moreover, your culinary creativity won't be boxed into these meals alone. You'll also have the opportunity to expand our service to include weekend lunch, solidifying a comprehensive dining experience that spans the entire day.

Your expertise will be vital in reshaping our menu, maintaining budgetary efficiency while focusing on quality, and playing a formidable role in enhancing the overall dining experience on our ranch. Additionally, in conjunction with our events team, you'll cater to our on-site functions which range from intimate gatherings to large-scale weddings.

We are looking for multiple positions, including:

-Head Chef

-Sous Chef

-Line Cooks

Duties Include:

- Ensuring that high standards of sanitation and cleanliness are always maintained throughout the kitchen.

- Prepare weekly breakfast and dinner menus.

- Assist Events Team with developing menus for weddings and other special events.

- Maintain security, safety, and cleanliness in kitchen and other food related work areas.

- Complete ordering, budgeting, and overall cost/quality control.

- Complete breakfast and dinner service.

- Assist with developing / launching new lunch service onsite.

We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19 to $26, depending on experience and position desired.
