Successful Floral Design and Event Agency in Santa Barbara, CA is seeking a responsible and experienced Junior Assistant with knowledge in the Hospitality, Wedding, and Events category.
The Junior Assistant will spend most of their time delivering florals and servicing our customers. This person would be responsible for running general errands for the studio.
The assistant must have great customer service and communication skills, a friendly disposition and outgoing personality, be able to work well with others, and must be a problem solver. Most importantly, the perfect candidate will have the desire to succeed and explore growth opportunities within the company.

Requirements:
Preference, 1+ experience in the floral industry, customer service and/or hospitality
Customer Service experience in the luxury category
Good attention to detail, well organized and a self starter
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A problem solver and quick thinker
Have a creative eye and see the big picture
Job Type: Contract, Full-time
Schedule:
Tuesday - Saturday
Ability to be flexible with schedule
Most Holidays required
