KITCHEN SUPERVISOR

Little Dom's Seafood in Carpinteria is looking for a Lead Line Cook/ Kitchen Supervisor.

This position is hourly BOE + tips, up to $27 an hour

Job Requirements Include

Individuals must be highly motivated, flexible, have creative problem solving abilities, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Strong Leadership Skills and Problem Solving Skills. Comfortable leading a team of 7-10 per shift.

Two years related job experience and/or training in kitchens or

culinary school

Manage & maintain inventory of goods

Execute daily orders to multiple vendors

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure & carry out written or oral instructions.

The employee frequently is required to stand. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 30-50 pounds.

Must have good hygiene.

Required to work weekends and holidays
