Little Dom's Seafood is looking for experienced line cooks to join our team.
Line cooks responsibilities:
-stations are prepared and ready for service
-taking direction from Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine
-food storage and preparation exceed health and safety standards
-clean prep and work stations
-stock inventory and supplies and notify superior of any deficits
-cook menu items to a consistent standard
-cooperate with all staff to promote a team oriented work culture
-ensuring closing protocol is followed each shift
Skill requirements:
-Preferred is 1 year or more of experience in a Kitchen
-excellent communication and organizational skills
-aptitude for multi-tasking
-must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team.
