If you do not have prior management experience and references, you will not be considered.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leadership. Set a positive, warm, welcoming example. As a GM, you will oversee the entire restaurant, and be 'the face' of it
- Customer Service—ensure every single person who enters the restaurant receives excellent service, a quality dining experience
- Operations & Inventory—control purchases and inventory to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with head chef to prevent any food waste
- Financials—track payroll, set budgets, manage sales & expenses (P&L)
- Recruitment—staff entire restaurant; hire and onboard new employees as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
Must have at 2+ years prior experience managing an entire restaurant, bar, or both
Have Food Handler's & RBS certifications
Located in Santa Barbara / Goleta — must be willing & able to drive to work daily
Able to list 30+ pounds
Available Full-Time
Fluent in English
Knowledge of POS systems a plus
