The Memory Support Community Life Coordinator at Valle Verde provides meaningful and engaging activities and events for seniors living within our award-winning community. You'll help create and implement a monthly calendar of quality of life enrichment programs for all residents working with other Life Enrichment staff, caregivers and volunteers and family members.
The schedule is Sunday to Thursday, 8 am to 4 pm, but may vary based on community events.
Qualified Applicants possess:
Effective, friendly communication both verbal and written
A positive, can-do attitude while providing supportive services to our residents and leading the care team.
Background and experience in memory care setting preferred.
Experience in social work, gerontology, recreation therapy or related fields preferred or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
