Pacific Diagnostic Laboratories (Full Time; 8hr Day Shifts)
JOB PURPOSE
Serves as the primary contact for clients of PDL services. Confers with clients to obtain and provide information about the status of laboratory results and reports and resolves routine questions and issues related to specimens and testing.

LEVEL OF EDUCATION
Minimum: Associate degree or high school diploma plus 2 years’ experience in customer service.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum: Word processing, managing electronic files and records.
YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum: Associate degree or high school diploma plus 2 years’ experience in customer service
Preferred: Customer service experience in health care field.
