ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supported Living Services Personal Attendant. The Personal Attendant will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, cooking, and transportation. The Personal Attendant will also be responsible for providing companionship, ensuring safety, and maintaining accurate documentation of services provided.

QUALIFICATIONS

Customer service and communication skills with the ability to maintain a friendly and positive demeanor while interacting with clients and their families.

Customer experience and sales skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Training skills with the ability to educate clients on strategies that promote independence and inclusion within their communities.

Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent required, advanced degree in a related field is a plus.

Certifications in First Aid, CPR, and/or medication management are a plus.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule for this position is as needed, shifts vary depending on participants availability and need.
