75 Unit Community needs general maintenance man for full-time position. Large workshop with materials and supplies.
General knowledge and skill with plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting and other basic repairs. We do have approved vendors for larger jobs. We are a large corporation throughout the country and promote regularly.
F/T Hours 8-4:30 pm with some flexibility. Mon-Friday MUST SPEAK ENGLISH
Compensation: $27/hr with paid sick time, vacation and holiday pay. 401K and partial medical/dental/vision.
