Full-time Front Desk receptionist wanted for downtown law firm.
Duties include:
-answer phones and transfer calls/take messages;
-greet clients and vendors;
-distribute mail to paralegals, attorneys and bookkeeper;
-schedule meetings through Microsoft Outlook;
-take bank deposits;
-order office supplies;
-order/pick up food for weekly meeting; and
-light housekeeping/take trash out
