I am a luxury residential real estate agent based out of Montecito, California. As we have entered an unprecedented real estate market, I am looking to expand my business and my team. We are seeking someone who has excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work as a productive team member. They must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Being able to work independently and maintain accountability for your work with exceptional attention to detail is a plus. The ideal candidate is a hard-worker, going above and beyond expectations while meeting deadlines with a positive and calm disposition. Patience and personability are important qualities to possess when communicating with clients and providing them exceptional service.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Social Media Manager: across a variety of platforms (Must have experience)
Website Maintenance (wordpress)
Send out email campaigns through mailchimp (Must have experience)
Utilize ChatGPT in completing tasks for efficiency (Must have experience)
Send out postcards/newsletters through Deluxe
Use the MLS to analyze data for marketing
Competency in Graphic design using Adobe Suite and Canva
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Administrative tasks: printing, copying etc.
