We are seeking an enthusiastic communicator to join our Santa Barbara team as an Administrative Assistant. We are a growing consulting firm that employees over 100 people in nine branch offices throughout the western United States. Our people are creative, energetic, and forward-thinking. Our perfect candidate has prior experience in managing an office and supporting executive staff as well as strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to be a team player, and a positive attitude. We are ready and willing to provide additional training to someone with the right mix of professionalism, motivation, and intuition.
Office Management:
Receptionist including answering phones, welcoming visitors, receiving and directing mail/deliveries, managing schedules
Order and manage supplies
Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance
Manage keys & parking passes
Supporting Principal Engineers:
Screen and prioritize email inbox, task list, and manage calendar
Compose and edit high quality correspondence
Assist with proposals
Assist with ad hoc projects with minimal oversight
