The Administrative Assistant position is part time and temporary, lasting 3 to 4 months. Hours are from 7:30am to 11:30am or 8am to 12pm, Monday through Friday. The rate of pay is $20/Hr.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide support to sales and administrative staff by:
Answering, forwarding, and noting incoming calls
Assigning items serial numbers and other information to pending orders/invoices
Filing completed invoices
Asking staff for their leave hours prior to payroll-processing days
Other support tasks as needed
Skills & Qualifications
Experience with handling customer calls and forwarding calls via an internal phone system
Experience handling paperwork
Excellent organizational skills
Must know MS Word, Excel
Rapid learner
Can walk up/down stairs and lift up to 20lbs
