Compensation: $25 per hour
Employment Type:
In-person, approximately 9-12 hours a week. Tue, Wed, Thu 10 am-1 pm. We can be flexible for the right person. The ability to stick to a flexible, but reliable schedule and be an extremely reliable tech-savvy person is a must.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proficient in Google Suite: Google Calendar, Google email, and digital filing in Google Drive
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Social Media tools (Canva, Later)
Reliable transportation and valid CA driver’s license
Job Requirements:
Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in
Excellent communication skills; respectful, kind, and friendly
Extremely organized, tech-savvy, and efficient on a computer
Comfortable sitting at a computer for long periods
Responsibilities:
Assist the office manager with tasks including data entry, calendar management, receipt management, and running errands
Perform clerical tasks such as sorting, filing, and sending handwritten cards
Maintain digital files in Google Drive
Deliver thank-you gifts to clients
Occasional house/pet sitting
