Local construction company is looking for an office assistant to perform daily administration duties in a pleasant office environment.
Important qualities include maintaining confidentiality, attention to detail, strong organization skills, ability to multitask & work well with others. Must have great time management skills, be a self-starter & capable of working proactively and independently. Computer & communication skills required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with Microsoft office applications, such as Word & Excel
- Accounting (A/P, A/R)
- Management and obtaining office supplies & specialty material orders
- Sorting incoming Mail
- Shipping/Receiving Packages
