We are seeking an experienced Concierge who can offer outstanding support and customer service to our Residents, family members, the general public and our team members while promoting Valle Verde's culture of that reflects a caring attitude, professional behavior and strong commitments which enable us to provide extraordinary service and positive experiences to our residents, team members and guests.
The Concierge will answer and direct calls from the general public as well as internally.
Will respond to requests from Residents, family members, guests and fellow team members and perform light clerical duties and other related office tasks.
Minimum requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience as Concierge or Receptionist, preferably in hospitality or health care settings. Must have experience with MS Office. The person in this role should enjoy working for and assisting seniors and possess the ability to manage multiple requests with courtesy and diplomacy as well as demonstrate caring, compassionate interpersonal skills or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
This is a Weekend position.
