Full time position (40 hours per week) Monday-Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm.
Responsibilities will include:
-Answering incoming property management and sales phone calls
-Entering maintenance work orders, bills, and rents
-Organizing and distributing the mail
-General office work (organizing files, data entry, etc.)
-Greeting walk-in clients
-Opening rental properties to prospective tenants
Requirements:
-Computer experience (Email, Word, etc.)
-Driver's License
-Car (and proof of insurance)
