Front Office Administrator & Executive Assistant – Printing & Production
Part-Time | Goleta, CA | Mon–Fri, 9am–2pm
We’re a leading printing and production company seeking a Front Office Administrator & Executive Assistant team member.
This role starts with front counter and administrative duties—greeting clients, answering phones, processing paperwork, and supporting leadership with small projects. The position will be part time, with potential room to grow to full time in the future.
What You’ll Do
Welcome clients, visitors, and vendors, and manage incoming calls
File and audit job tickets, delivery tickets, and purchase orders
Maintain office and breakroom supplies, including vendor runs
Prepare meeting spaces and handle client visit logistics
Process payments and prepare deposits
Assist the administrative team with tasks and special projects
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills, bi-lingual is a plus!
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
Professional demeanor and reliability
Valid driver’s license for local errands
