A working couple is looking for a part-time detail-oriented assistant to help with financial record-keeping with general office duties in a home office. Position involves recording transactions, reconciling bank statements, preparing reports, and administrative tasks such as filing, scanning and organizing.
Bookkeeping Responsibilities:
Process Accounts Payable and Receivable (invoices, receipts, payments etc.)
Prepare Reports and Spreadsheets
Follow-up with Service Providers
Reconciling Bank Statements
Administrative Support Responsibilities:
Maintain Physical and Digital office files
Organize online filing system
General Office Support
Assist with Projects
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency with QuickBooks
Exceptional Organizational Skills
Excellent English Written Communication
Expertise using Outlook, Excel and Word software.
Pay:
We have a medium sized dog. No animal care required
College students are welcome.
Flexible schedule (After initial organization and set up, 6 hours a week; Fridays preferable)
