Help a Local Painting Business Stay Organized and Grow!
We’re a well-established high-end painting company based in Santa Barbara, in business for over 30 years doing custom and commercial projects. We’re growing and are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to help with office work, light bookkeeping, and general day-to-day support. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be helping the owner directly with many different tasks.
You’d be great at this if you:
Are organized and can keep files, paperwork, and schedules in order
Have some bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks or similar)
Are comfortable on the phone and can speak with clients in a professional way
Can help keep the office running smoothly — follow up on emails, calls, appointments, and help keep track of jobs
Are comfortable with general office tasks (printing, filing, scanning, taking notes, etc.)
Can be flexible and handle different tasks as they come up
Want to grow with a small business and become a key team member
