A medium size medical practice has an opening in the Billing Department to work in various aspects of office operations. The main function is data entry into a medical software.
Other Responsibilities include:
Making phone calls, emailing and faxing.
Reviewing documents and electronically filing them
Assisting medical billers with electronic documentation.
Miscellaneous other office functions.
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
Basic knowledge of computer operation.
Have some experience in electronic document management such as filing in folders on a network drive.
Successfully engaging outside vendors and sources via phone calls and emails.
Willing to work in a team setting with other employees.
The successful candidate must be punctual and consistent in performing the assigned duties.
