Committed to enhancing outdoor spaces, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team and contribute to the success of our growing company.
As an Office Assistant at Elite Maintenance and Tree Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and organizing paperwork related to landscaping construction and maintenance projects
Answering phone calls, taking messages, and addressing client inquiries
Coordinating schedules for landscaping and tree care crews, as well as client appointments
Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
Ordering and managing inventory of landscaping and tree care supplies
Providing general administrative support to the office and field teams
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration are a plus
Proven experience in an office assistant or administrative role, preferably in the landscaping industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
Compensation:
This position pays $25-$27 per hour BOE
